Returns

I want you to love your art. If a print isn't working out, you have 14 days from delivery to return it.

To start a return, email hello@sarahgolden.org before sending anything back - items returned without a request won't be accepted. Once I receive it, you'll get a full refund to your original payment method (return shipping is paid by you). Prints must come back in new condition and in their original packaging.

Original Art

Original, one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right. Please include photos of the issue (from different angles), this helps me show the shipping carrier or print house. Thank you!
